6,000 labels, over 18,000 bottles: this is Remedy’s oenological treasure trove. A broad and international wine list, the result of a thorough research and selection by the three founders, ready to guide guests on an exploration, especially through Italy and France, with a special focus on the gems of Burgundy, Champagne, and Bordeaux. Each wine, served in the appropriate glass, is enhanced to showcase its unique qualities.
Gin without tonic, Vodka without lemon, Whisky without soda, here lies the essence of our spirits offering. 2,000 labels to be savoured in their purity, to elevate their true essence and not to detract from their aromas, fragrances, and authentic taste. Prestigious spirits deserve an equally refined setting: a space enveloped in wooden panelling, an imposing illuminated shelving unit adorned with precious bottles, and a long bar with seats in lush green velvet.
Alongside the shining star of the venue, the wine list, the food stands out for its elegant simplicity. Artisanal cold cuts and cheeses, raw seafood, exquisite tartares, carpaccios, and the freshest oysters form the perfect accompaniment to the wine, the true protagonist. The emphasis on quality and freshness is tangible, thanks to a dedicated area for their maturation, ensuring their excellence.

Structured over multiple levels, Remedy includes a ground floor space with a spacious tasting room, a mezzanine, and a cigar room. The basement houses the cellar, an area for maturing cold cuts and cheeses, and a private room.

A constant temperature of 14°C and humidity between 70 and 80% ensure the optimal preservation of wines.
